A monumental, central, very original and quiet property, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Córdoba. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 private en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Jacuzzi and hydromassage, and a king-size bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. The accommodation has a living-dining room with 5-metre-high ceilings and original wooden slabs, an electric fireplace and a designer kitchenette with top-quality utensils, a private washer-dryer, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Nespresso AeroChino milk heater, etc. Central Andalusian courtyard, terrace of about 20 square metres with views of the Córdoba skyline and outdoor Jacuzzi with purification system and heat pump; it is rented by the day for exclusive use only for your apartment and for the people staying with you, i.e. you will not share it with other guests. The price per day is €60.00, which will be paid by credit card upon arrival to our team's staff. This apartment has a cleaning service during the guests' stay, which is included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment. If we are informed of any unauthorised event, we will charge the corresponding deposit and alert the authorities.

The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

It is delivered with all the necessary amenities during the stay. as well as complete utensils for each guest and bedding of the best quality to ensure an optimal rest with style and comfort. The space is suitable with a space to work with High Speed Wifi, TV, AC, heating during the winter, and electric fireplace. This apartment has a maid service during the guests' stay included in the price. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in this wonderful city. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, utensils included of course. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!). Finally, in the living room you will have a sofa bed for two people and a TV to fall asleep if you have a sleepless night. By the way, free WIFI included!
