Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

Our treasured tile hung Hop Pickers cottage dates from 1750 and is perfectly situated between the train station and the town centre of Sevenoaks. Brimming with character and period features, including an inglenook fireplace, beamed ceilings and a unique, bespoke kitchen. The property is set back from the main road and has front and rear gardens. As a period property Bankside Cottage has original features including some low doorways and steep stairs. Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.
