A very cozy, tastefully furnished and well-equipped house. Beautiful terrace with maximum privacy and tranquility. Even with rainy weather, it is pleasant to stay in the house. Absolutely recommend a place to stay. I hope to be back!

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and consistent with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool's protective curtain is not functional. Very nice place where we stayed a we with friends. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Pierre welcomed us warmly and our exchanges were nice before and during the stay.

The house was perfect for hosting my sister's EVJF, it was spacious, well-equipped and above all the view with the pool was very pleasant. The host was also very accommodating with arrival and departure times.

An all-round successful holiday, very nice pool, great outdoor area, invites you to chill.

Great place, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with a beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was fluid! To be redone

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.
