Delightful 2p of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with ascent and wide balcony offering an exclusive 180 degree view of the royal canal opening onto the harbor and the sea. Conveniently located between Halles, City Hall and Criée. The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls.
