Holiday rentals with beach access in Sète

A very nice apartment, well designed, functional, nice decoration and comfortable bedding. The enclosed veranda and the small outdoor terrace were very nice, all a stone's throw from the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. It's true that the parking is very convenient in the basement but you have to be good at maneuvering because it is quite narrow. The place was quiet (but we were not in holiday season...), the building is secure. Excellent communication with Alexandra, considerate and friendly. We were delighted and will definitely be back!

Warm apartment, very clean and comfortable, the location near the halls and the parking space are a real plus. You can do everything on foot. The owner is welcoming and very accommodating. We'll be happy to go back.

Cécile welcomed us with great kindness in her cosy and charming apartment in the heart of Sète. It is functional and has all amenities. The air conditioning is quite appreciable. In addition, the Canal car park where you can park the car is 5 minutes away. Our stay went perfectly smoothly.

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment in a great location. The wonderful sea view, the calm and the proximity to the city centre contributed to my sought-after tranquility. Paula kindly gave me all the important information before I arrived. Her friend welcomed me with kindness. I would definitely stay again.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Sète. The location was ideal high up overlooking the beautiful port and sea— a short walk from the royal canal and lots of and charming restaurants. The apartment itself has an amazing view through two panoramic windows, and it's so private we spent our first couple of days reading and watching the changeable weather - clean stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Great shower, and a lovely balcony. We were met by Michel who was welcoming and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic stay in Sète.

We had a great time! Sabine really welcomed us, smiling kindness, very professional! Very good advice on the city, we even got to see a filming scene of Demain nous appartient thanks to her! The apartment is superb, brand new, quiet and very well located! So we recommend it to everyone!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well supplied with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants to be able to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

We were very well received by Mélanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The accommodation was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was just opposite, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid getting too much sand in, that was great. Private parking also. Go and try the 'Lo Motas' restaurant on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Very good welcome in person and particularly well-appointed accommodation. Everything is optimised to the maximum with quality materials and the highlight is the terrace with sea and marina view. Shops, quality restaurants nearby and you can get to Sète in 40 minutes on foot!....we will return with great pleasure

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

My daughters and I had a great weekend at Catherine's. The apartment is very functional, very clean, tidy and 2 steps from shops but especially beaches (what we were looking for). Catherine was very responsive during our stay, which we appreciated as well as the flexible departure that allowed us to enjoy the sea longer. I would recommend it in a second!
