Bel appartement de 40m2 incluant un joli balcon avec vue mer imprenable. Entièrement refait à neuf et décoré avec goût. Il inclus le wifi gratuit. La résidence se situe aux pieds des dunes de sable de la Méditerranée. Situé au second étage sur 3. Aucune route à traverser pour être sur la plage. Il y a quelques places à l intérieur de la propriété gratuites le long de la plage. Je suis en attente d'optention d'une place définitive. La résidence de grasse est au petit travers à Carnon plage.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.
