A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Beautiful 40 m² apartment featuring a lovely balcony with stunning ocean views. Refurbished and decorated with taste. It includes free Wi-Fi. The residence is located at the foot of the Mediterranean sand dunes. Located on the second floor of a 3‑story building. No roads to cross to get to the beach. There are a few free parking spaces inside the property along the beach. I am waiting to get a permanent spot. The residence in Grasse is just a short walk from Carnon Beach.
