La résidence se situe aux pieds des dunes de sable de la Méditerranée. Situé au second étage sur 3. Aucune route à traverser pour être sur la plage. Il y a quelques places à l intérieur de la propriété gratuites le long de la plage. Je suis en attente d'optention d'une place définitive. La résidence de grasse est au petit travers à Carnon plage.
