The studio is even prettier than in photos, very clean, very well furnished. Typical accommodation in old stones of the country in a very quiet street in old Pézénas. The accommodation was very cool when it was 30 degrees outside. Sam is a proactive host who provides all the necessary information. We'll be happy to go back to their place.

Beautiful accommodation with lovingly designed garden and pool for shared use. Good amenities. The hosts – both generations – are exceptionally friendly, helpful and reachable at any time. Our children felt completely comfortable, were able to play in the garden and immediately loved the two lovely dogs. The location is quiet and invites you to take walks, but a car is recommended. Ideal as a starting point for trips to Valras-Plage, Agde, Béziers or the surrounding villages. The personal check-in was warm and straightforward, the communication with the host was excellent – most of the time the response came within a few seconds. Especially beautiful: English and sometimes even German was spoken. We had a wonderful time and will be happy to come back!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Very nice place. Well located near the center. Very clean and pleasant to stay there from the first minutes. The street under the windows is busy, but the soundproofing is excellent and you can hardly hear anything if the windows are closed. The air conditioning is excellent. Parking space is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.
