This charming house is located on the edge of the village of Sérignan. The shops and market are just a 5-minute walk away. With a surface of 90 m², this house renovated in June 2019, includes a beautiful terrace of 35 m² and especially a splendid park with 1,800 m². You can have your breakfast or meals near the olive trees, the fig tree or under the tall pines. Quiet, close to the vineyards and 3 km from the beach, this villa is a haven of peace.

Building built in 1875, completely renovated in the spirit of a Tiny House. You will find modern comfort while being transported back in time with a vintage and sophisticated decor. This 20 m2 cottage will appeal to all those who are looking for authenticity, character and a peaceful atmosphere.

House with Mediterranean charm that can accommodate 4 people. It consists of an equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and toilet (sheets and towels are provided). You can relax in the sun loungers in the garden, eat your meals and cook on the plancha. We can provide you with baby equipment (baby bed, etc.) The parking space in front of the gate is reserved for you.

Unusual loft with patio

At the bottom of a small cul-de-sac hides an old cellar renovated into a loft with patio and mini pool. We can’t wait to host you there. You will find a modern cocoon in a secular setting. 20 minutes from the beaches, with quick access to the hinterland, along the A75 and A9. 5 minutes from the center of Béziers, you will stay in a village with all amenities.
