Casa Spagnoli

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

The little house

Located in the charming and picturesque village of Morre, La Casetta is an independent property that offers guests a completely renovated environment while maintaining the typical atmosphere of the old houses of the Umbrian villages with stone walls, fireplace and wooden beams. Surrounded by enchanting countryside, it remains an ideal place to spend relaxing days both in summer and in winter, admiring unique landscapes and enjoying excellent typical products of the area!

The Casale is surrounded by 6 hectares of land and is located 7 km from the Tibetan Bridge of Sellano, 20 from Rasiglia, 20 from Norcia, 28 from Cascia and 8 from the Terme di Triponzo. Close to the Sibillini National Park and the Corno and Nera rivers, where seasonally you can fish and rafting, it is ideal for the outdoors. ATMs, shops, bars and restaurants within 2km. Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Outdoor BBQ and wood-fired oven. Furry friends, welcome!

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
