Super last second

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

The Lily Room in Perugia's historic center

Elegant and characteristic mini apartment in the historic center of Perugia. It is located in an ancient 15th-century building a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for Foreigners, close to the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where the famous fresco by Raphael "Trinity and Saints" is located. Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical local and renowned restaurants.

It overlooks one of the city's main squares, Piazza Matteotti, in the historic center. The house offers a romantic, intimate and elegant environment, welcoming for couples and/or a child.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa for relaxation, and a nice table around which to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Up to 4 beds (with sofa bed), independent heating and air conditioning, large shower.

In a quiet but central location, 50 meters from the beautiful Piazza IV Novembre, Corso Vannucci and the church of San Severo, the newly renovated accommodation will allow you to discover the charm of medieval Perugia and from there visit the countless Umbrian attractions. The property is connected to the train station by Minimetrò and to the airport by shuttles, with stops a short distance from the house.

Central, View over old city, free park

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Two-room flat located in the heart of Perugia. The central location of the flat allows guests to reach Piazza IV Novembre and all the monuments of historic centre in a two-minute walk. The double bedroom features a fantastic circular freestanding whirlpool bath, ideal for relaxing, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower cubicle. The flat includes a living room with Smart TV and sofa bed, a separate equipped kitchen with induction hob.

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.
