Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are dishcloths, kitchen towels & towels.

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Spacious with plenty of space in both the living room and kitchen. On the large terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a view. Canoe (2.5 people can be rented)

Relax in this unique home, close to nature and with the most amazing sea views. Sit on the terrace and enjoy beautiful sunsets, take your bathrobe and walk 100 meters down the gravel path, further down the slope and get a fresh dip in the morning, noon and evening. The house is located on Røsnæs, where there are plenty of hiking trails in the protected natural areas. Kalundborg Golf Club is just nearby, as well as Kalundborg itself, which offers plenty of shopping opportunities, as well as Kalundborg Cathedral.

Annex to Sunshine Lake Samsø

Our annex consists of bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with soda. There is a double bed, dining area, and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and stove. (No hob) Free coffee/tea is available. There is a terrace door next to a private tiled terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Car/bicycles can be parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is located 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several restaurants nearby. The annex is adjacent to a green area.

Summer house on Sejerø in the 1st row to the beach and nature

Here you can wake up to the sound of the sea and see stars at night. The cottage is located in the 1st row to the water and the nature area on southern Sejerø. Peaceful with good fishing opportunities, beach and rich wildlife right outside. The cottage is 85 m² and has 2 terraces. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Final cleaning as well as electricity and water are included in the price (see specifications below).

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i et af vores 2 hyggelige Tiny Houses. Kom ned i gear og hyg med vores dyr i den skønne natur, med marker så langt øjet rækker og måske en tur i kajakken eller spabadet. Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. På det skønne Halsnæs tæt ved Lynæs , udlejes denne unikke bolig der ligger midt i en blomsterhave. Det er nyistandsat med respekt for huset 170 års historie med køkken og bad. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
