Modern independent apartment in the south of beautiful quiet country estate. 2 rooms with 2x90cm beds as a double bed in the garden room and 1 140cm double bed plus good sofa bed in the meadow room. Kitchen with modern amenities and 5 dining areas as well as a small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing table. Here you live by the water and a protected nature area with abundant wildlife, a starry sky, and excellent opportunities for hiking, biking, swimming, and fishing. Sejerø is a 12 km long island in the Kattegat with beautiful nature and a ferry connection to Havnsø. The cottage is 85 m² with 2 terraces. It's smoke-free, pet-free, and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Cleaning, electricity, and water are included in the stay.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours.
