The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

This beautiful two-story loft is on the 3rd floor of an old building and was extensively renovated a few years ago. It is located in the middle of Hanover. The royal mansion gardens are only a few meters away and offer pure nature around the corner. The two trendy districts of Linden and Nordstadt are located in the immediate vicinity. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.

Bright attic apartment

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
