This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

The small guest house Hanover is idyllic and quietly located in Hanover Anderten-Misburg. The two apartments are modern and furnished with attention to detail, so that you can feel completely comfortable during your stay in Hanover. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden there is a seating area on the garden pond incl. Barbecue. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
