Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and local recreation areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in the city center in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen as well as the bathroom.

Small simple accommodation

The apartment with terrace is part of our residential building. There is room for about 4 people. There are 2 rooms in total. The smaller room can accommodate 2 mattresses and is a walk-through room to the bathroom. The larger room has 2 more mattresses and a dining table. The apartment is not renovated and only offers a simple place to stay. Our house is located outside the village on a country road (without a footpath/bike path). By car, you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes.

Hallo My apartment is very central .well located to get the tube to the fairs ( 5 minute walk) 15 min drive to the fairground. If you want to go downtown you can walk 10 min or take the tube. Restaurants and supermarkets are around. My apt is very central.The train can be reached in 5 minutes, to the fair takes about 15 min.In 15 min walk you reach the city center, you can of course also take the train (2 stations).In the area there are supermarkets and nice restaurants.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

There is also the possibility to convert the sofa into a sofa bed if there is not enough space. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
