Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seaside

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

We had the absolute best time at Keith’s place! Very well decorated and functional, you can tell They thought of everything and what you would need during your visit. The beach was very close by and it was nice to walk to everything without ever using the car! We would 10/10 stay here again! Keith and his team were very responsive and great to work with.

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was well appointed with new, fancy appliances and fixtures. They had outlets that automatically functioned as night lights when dark - brilliant! Loved the dual headed, adjustable shower - was great for kids. Mitch was very helpful and fast to respond. There was a nice selection of pool/beach toys my kids loved. The location was fabulous! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Bert’s place! You cannot beat the location! We had coffee on the balcony every morning looking at the ocean. It was a great week and we’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

We would definitely stay here again! Lots of things near us that were walkable which made it even better than what we expected.

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

BEST VACATION EVERY! Home was beautifully designed and perfect for our family. Only a few steps away from Camp Watercolor which saved us on Parking. The LSV made getting around a breeze and was so much fun to wave at other family’s in their LSV’s. the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs, as we were arriving late and over the weekend when the HOA offices were closed. All documents were sent over shortly after booking on the same day and intuitive to complete. We will be booking again. Until next time “Just Breathe”

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

We had a really nice week here. Perfect for families! Overall, really great stay. We did have a couple of issues. The electricity in the front bedroom (light/fan) did not work and this was not communicated before we arrived. The host did get an electrician out there to fix it, but he couldn’t come until our last night, so that room was a little uncomfortable with a loud box fan and only lamps. But, we made it work! Also, the blender provided did not work and we only found out after pouring all the ingredients in. There were a ton of sugar ants in the kitchen and we cleaned countertops and everything up every night. But could not beat the location and other amenities (pool especially) at the house. Everything you need for the beach is there and the host was always very responsive to our messages. We would recommend this stay to others. Thank you for a great week!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

This was our first time in 30A and this Airbnb was everything we could have asked for! We loved that it was an easy walk to public beach access and close to great restaurants. For the little time we were inside, this was a comfortable, relaxing home away from home that had everything we needed. They even provided beach chairs and a great beach umbrella! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at 30A!

We're so happy that we got to spend a week at Jalina's listing! It's such a great spot! You can walk, or bicycle as far as you want to explore. So much to see and do up and down 30A. It really is a hidden gem. You're right in the middle of Rosemary, Aly, and Seacrest. If it's available for the days you're trying to travel, just go ahead and book it! We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Loved the balcony view and how easy check-in was. such a nice touch!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for friends and families!”

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

This condo was perfect! My husband and I actually stayed in another one a few doors down, but decided to stay an extra day at Kate and Jeremy’s place. Kate and Jeremy’s was SO much better than the other one we stayed in. Their condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for two people.

Really great location, and lots to do! Perfect for a romantic getaway or even to bring kids! Super easy walk across the street to the beach! Especially if you have a lot to carry!

I just got home from a wonderful week long stay at FlipFlopsOn I. If you are considering booking this place you definitely should. Mark and Pam set the standard for Super Hosts. We had a couple of self induced hiccups and Mark and Pam did not hesitate to assist us. I found them to be thoughtful, kind and incredibly gracious. Every morning I received a message from Mark and Pam with a curated list of things to do, places to eat and areas to explore. Their home was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean and included a ceiling fan, a luxury that I didn't know I needed. :) The bunkbeds were a huge hit with my 2 daughters and they both said that the mattresses were very comfortable. I loved how close this condo is to the beach. We easily walked there everyday and did not have to traverse steps to get on the beach. I can't wait to try their other rental properties in the future.
