The place was really quaint and exactly as described – we felt very comfortable! Getting there was a little adventure, but thanks to the good description of the host, it was doable. However, you have to be brave to drive the car through the narrow streets to the front door. We therefore parked at the church. The village is super cute and the host was very accommodating as he allowed us to check out later – thank you for that! If you have a light sleep, you should know that the church bells nearby are pretty good to hear. We loved the stay and will be happy to come back!

The two days we spent on Pierinos estate weren't enough to fully appreciate all the advantages this place has to offer. Nevertheless, we are left with a great impression. Thank you very much, Pierino.

The house is very nicely renovated. The finish is very modern, stylish and high-quality. In particular, the bathrooms and furnishings are excellent. Everything you need and this with peace and a view. Great starting point for hikes, excursions and sights. Right at the train station and within walking distance. Only on the way to the house is caution advised, as it is directly along the street. Spacious and well-equipped rooms and terrace available. Highly recommended👍

Very nice vacation rental - we felt right at home! Monika gave us a very warm welcome. The accommodation is very light and super suitable for two people. Everything was clean and tidy. Easily accessible by post bus or car. Thank you for this lovely break!

A holiday dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without a lift and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the centre of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! Beautiful cottage. Nicely decorated. It's just a little weird that the shower is in one of the rooms. If you want to wash in the morning you have to wait until the one who sleeps there is awake. Host was quick to respond. Also when the automatic lock was broken. Come with a gift. Didn't have to, there's nothing he can do about it.

Wow! Gorgeous, well appointed flat in St Moritz within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location and comfortable beds, living room, etc. Flat is more beautiful than the photos. Would definitely book again.

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Poschiavo is a beautiful, quiet and friendly village, perfectly cared for and located in a wonderful environment. The accommodation makes you feel at home and Luca Antonio's details make you feel really welcome. It has everything, it is located in an unbeatable area of the village, the terrace is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very comfortable and intimate with everything to make you feel at ease. I would return without thinking. The best accommodation to stay in this magical town, we have been treated super well, we are grateful. Thank you Luca Antonio and thank you to all the people of Poschiavo for their hospitality. We went to discover our roots and we return satisfied and happy with what we found, exceeding our expectations.

We stayed in Maitreyi's apartment for 1 week over New Year's Eve 2024 and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic district, is very cozy and super equipped. It is located near a museum worth seeing. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station. Susch is a centrally located starting point for excursions in the Engadine. We really enjoyed the time in Maitreyi's apartment and can highly recommend it. Andreas & Ursina

The villa is beautiful and was worth every cent for this price. We had a great time. Only the high additional amount for bed linen and the complicated smart home are to be criticised. A brief introduction would certainly be useful here.

Gianluca, son of the owner of the property, was a perfect host! Always available and accurate. The residence, a magnificent mountain chalet, was perfect for the location, great for reaching the main ski lifts. After a day in the snow, it was great to enjoy the spacious and welcome the living room, playing cards and sipping good wine in the warmth of the fireplace. Stay to say the least, perfect. I can only recommend this residence!
