In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger. After the extensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been extensively renovated, partly newly designed and newly furnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a massage shower. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
