Tastefully and elaborately renovated chalet for exclusive use in a quiet and sunny residential area in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Motta-Naluns cable cars and the Trü sports facility. Two south-facing balconies with top panoramic views and an additional large garden (not fenced). The centre of Scuol, the valley station of the cable cars and the train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20.- per week) just a few steps from the house. Ground floor : In the 2014 renovated and newly furnished living room with beautiful veranda with exit to the spacious garden seating area with table tennis table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire atmosphere with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly created in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/lavabo. Upper floor : Bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south-facing balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double avalanche and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double avalanche, shower stall and bathtub with whirlpool system Both sanitary rooms have floor heating. Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. Chasa Riatsch: Renovated Engadine house in the cen

Allegra illa Chasa Riatsch - Welcome to a typical Engadine house, built in the 17th century. Situated in the centre of the village and close to the railway station, but still quiet. The house has been partially renovated time and again, most recently in 2019, with respect for the historic building structure. It offers relaxing holidays with Engadine flair on two floors.<br><br>The stüva is lined with wood and has the stove typical of the Lower Engadine, with access to the upper floor.
