The center of Scuol, the valley station of the mountain railways and the train station are approx. 10 minutes' walk. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly built in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double sink and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double sink, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.
