Monthly Rentals in Scottsdale

This place was a great option and great value for 2 people for a longer stay. The location is great, near Old Town, shopping etc. Romin was super responsive and proactive about checking in. I couldn't have asked for a better host. Pros: Nice condo community, very quiet, bubbling fountain outside is relaxing, good amenities (pool/gym/fire pit all very nice), great location, cathedral ceiling makes it feel spacious, very well stocked for longer stay. Cons: Lots of stairs if you have a lot of stuff (bedroom 2 is upstairs). Bathroom is a bit cramped and closets a bit small (we used bedroom #2 just for storage). Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

This was a great stay! My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very peaceful atmosphere and safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Janet was very communicative and I appreciated that and the area being so central to such fun places and activities. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool. I was there too short of the time. It was a generally quiet spot with some traffic noise the bed was comfortable Disposable was broken, but it wasn't a big deal There was one piece of artwork that was a little bit triggering but just removed it for the trip and then put it back respectfully. It was decorated really fun and colorful otherwise. I would recommend as a great place to stay and stay there again no hesitation

I stayed here with my son & daughter, because my son was playing in a baseball tournament. The location was ideal! Close to many things, and less than 30 min from everywhere else I needed to be. House is cute, beds comfy, easy parking! I recommend!
