Eric was warm, gracious and welcoming. Went the extra effort to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Property is very well appointed and convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended to discerning guests!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Acacia's Airbnb is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood! It has a beautiful tub, shower, work station, kitchen and nice very comfortable living room to relax in the evenings. It was very clean and had all you needed! I highly recommend her place to everyone!!

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

I stayed with my oldest daughter to attend my Nephew's wedding. We loved that our space was separate from Carolyn's main house, though it would have been nice to have met during our stay to thank her in person! She loaded-up waters in the mini-fridge and a couple for complementary coffee (which really helped us in the mornings!). I've already advised he that I plan to bring a friend next year for our annual Spring Training trip! But, I'll only bring one travel book; it was like sleeping in a library with a wide selection. Ruth was very helpful, and responsive anytime I had a question, even though they were out of town for the weekend. We stayed here with our two children. They loved using the swimming pool, and courtyard. We really enjoyed playing games provided as well. Great family time!! The house was near grocery stores, and restaurants. A great location if you want a city vacation. Our family enjoys hiking, so it was a bit more challenging for us to find good hiking close by. This house was also close to the airport, which we appreciated, since it was the end of our extended family vacation.

I've stayed here twice now, and Michael and Chris are wonderful! The place is cozy, clean, and perfect. I love sitting on the back porch watching and listening to all the birds with no other noise or busyness to look at. Great getaway spot!

We had a wonderful stay while apartment hunting for my son. The home was comfortable, quite and clean. We enjoyed watching the play-off games at a local bar just around the corner. My adult son played basketball at the park down the street. It was located off a main road and easy to get around the city. great parking in front of the house. We would definitely stay again.

They were a blessing to us they let you have your privacy and ask if theres anything ya need beforehand. A big plus was that i had proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes i told them about it and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice for us that just made the trip so much better they were very friendly and i would love to be here again for sure. Thank you guys again we loved your home!!

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

This is my second time staying with Fabiola and both times have been perfect. The location is great, the property feels like home and the hosts are very responsive. I have to be in Phoenix periodically and I will always stay here if it is available.

Perfect size Airbnb for a quick couples getaway. Plenty of quality amenities. The pool was FABULOUS, I could've stayed out there all day. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, lots of cafes, restaurants, and vintage shopping within walking distance if you're willing to brave the heat. Thank you Sam for hosting us, your home was lovely!!

Great neighbourhood, friendly and responsive host, comfortable stay

Jessica's place was one of the best places I have stayed through Airbnb. It was clean, met all of our needs, and was convenient for our activities. I like the added bonus of not being far from a nice park and paved walking trail. We will definitely stay there again when the need brings us to the area. The goats and fruit trees were an added bonus.

Carmela's place was a dream oasis in the desert! She made us feel like family in her home! She even invited us to pizza Friday! She was extremely friendly and accommodating! We stayed 6 nights! We had access to the washer/dryer which was super convenient since we were coming from Vegas for 4 nights. I would highly recommend staying here! It's an experience you will NEVER forget!!
