The crisp white decor is tempered with calming blue accents, while abstract art adds a futuristic edge. This small (30 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. Pedestrian-friendly streets are home to world-class art galleries, fine dining, and nightclubs. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts, or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town. We are excited to share our condo with you!
