We had such a lovely stay. Beautifully furnished home, extremely clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood!

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

We have stayed in many homes in the Phoenix area over the past 15 years and this one was the nicest. It was clean ,comfortable and homey. The kitchen was well outfitted and even had an airfryer and instant pot. Unfortunately, the weather cooled down and we weren't able to use the beautiful heated pool. The outside furniture was plentiful, attractive, and comfortable. There are an abundance of restaurants and places to go nearby. We look forward to another stay here.

We overall enjoyed this place. Great location, lots of space in the living room, kitchen, and outdoors for hanging out as one big group. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was warm when we arrived. Some of the house needs some fixing up and we had one miscommunication early on, but those felt like background noise to an otherwise positive experience. If you’re looking for a pool, space for all your friends or family in a peaceful neighborhood, or you want to be close to trails, this is a great spot.

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

House was amazing, lots of space! Our team loved the three bedrooms with 3 full bath setup. Kitchen, dining, office area and backyard are huge, yet comfortable and cozy. Outdoor kitchen and pool were major plus. Bonus shared game building was another great touch as well. They provide you with everything you need! Will absolutely stay here again!

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

This was a great house. we fit two families of 4 comfortably. It was clean and in a great location. We love the restaurants in downtown Gilbert. Great food.

Very clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to walk to restaurants & the grocery store. We really enjoyed the pool and the great weather was a plus.

Good Life’s home was clean, in a perfect location, and made it extremely easy check in and out! The house was exactly as pictured. The beads were very nice! So many places we have stayed have horrible cheap beds that make sleeping impossible! No these! The beds were fi But soft and the pillows were very nice! We had an easy trip. I would recommend booking this property

Beautiful small two bedroom house, perfect for a short-term stay. Hosts thought of virtually everything and are extremely responsive and accommodating; we wanted for nothing. Especially liked relaxing on the patio by the pool even though the weather was a little too cool to use it. We're hoping to stay there again on a future trip!

Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ar’s DD Ranch. There was adequate sleeping accommodations with comfy beds. The views were incredible and the teens loved the pool and pool table. A few of us enjoyed one of the walking trails and several did a trail ride at a nearby stable. We shopped at the Safeway in Cave Creek and one night had a fabulous Greek Dinner prepared at the house with Alexandros the chef recommended by our Airbnb host.

From start to finish it was a 5 star stay. Booking process was easy, Concetta was very friendly and helpful, always responsive to needs/questions, and the house was perfect for our large team. Would highly recommend and will/would stay there again if we are back in the area and its available. Lots of restaurants and outdoor activities close by. Neighborhood was very safe and clean.

The place was great and worked very well for what we had planned. The game room was an amazing success for the little ones. The kitchen had many of the things needed for the cooking we were doing and the back yard worked very well for our baby shower event. Overall everything was exceptional quick responses from owners and just providing everything listed in the description would definitely return again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

The host of this property was very responsive. They checked in with us several times prior and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The property was exactly like the pictures and as described.

The property is very nice l, modern and cozy with beautiful backyard and a pool. The house was sparkling clean and smelled good. The best feature was the huge and extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom. This find was a gem for sure. We did had a very small issue with some supplies and the host resolved it in no time. I would 100% stay there again and highly recommend to others.

The Copper House was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We had easy access to all of the attractions we planned on visiting. In addition, the house is just a few blocks from trail access to the South Mountain Park, which we took advantage of several times during our visit. Calin was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to our inquiries and it was evident he wanted us to feel comfortable and happy during our stay. We appreciated the detailed informational binder, as well as the notes around the house that provided instructions for operating things . That was a nice touch. The house is perfectly depicted in the photos on the site. It was clean, inviting and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful, private and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and we returned their kindness by respecting the neighborhood and the property. I would highly recommend this house and the hosts! We had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay and had a fun golf trip. Great place for a group. Mark was a great host and made checking in and out really easy.

We were in town for Spring Training and the house was a great spot for our family. The yard was a nice quiet area for us to enjoy the evenings and let the kids play all day. There was plenty of space to eat and prepare meals. We loved how the dining area had a garage door that opened to the back patio to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. We spent hours around the fire pit to help take the chill out of the late evenings, played in the pool during the hot hours, and used the speakers to listen to music while we hung out. The Cozy Container gave us extra space and was a great use of a shipping container. It had a TV, kitchenette, A/C, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. We were a little worried getting into the neighborhood that it might not be in the best area, but as soon as you turned off the main road, it was a quiet street and we loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house again. The kids said it was the best trip they've ever been on. We loved the house.

We really like Bryan’s place. Nice house (all remodeled and nicely decorated), great pool area, sparkling clean, close to downtown which was convenient to us. I would definitively recommend !
