We had a fantastic stay at this townhome during the holidays with our family! The space was incredibly spacious—perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together without feeling crowded. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs—close enough to everything we wanted to explore but tucked away in a wonderfully quiet area that allowed for peaceful evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful proactive communication from Santiago the seamless check-in process. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect holiday getaway! Pete and Maria's place was perfect for a trip to Mesa with extended family. The space was spotless, bright and contemporary and the community was quiet and friendly. The pool area was perfect and very well maintained. We'll definitely consider Pete and Maria's place for future visits to the Phoenix area.

Place as described. Enjoyed how the beds could be configured as fulls or kings (came in handy for 6 people). Place was clean and a quick Uber to Scottsdale road.

Great stay—unit was right in front of the pool! I didn’t have a rental and never bothered with a Lyft. Fashion Square Mall is literally across the street, and it’s just a short walk to Downtown and Old Town Scottsdale. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a grocery store is just a quick drive away (or a 30-minute walk, if you’re up for it lol), with a farmers market even closer. Angel was friendly and super helpful, always responding quickly and accommodating both my early arrival and late departure. Even the neighbors and people living there were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.

We had a great stay. It was just as pictured. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and had very nice large grills in that area too. Jeremy was very responsive and flexible as we checked in and out!

Sherry’s Airbnb was just what I needed for a quick work trip. You could tell that it was well cared for and thoughtfully curated. Every space had something special and it felt like a home away from home.

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sasha’s. It had plenty of space and we had everything we needed right at her place. Neighborhood was safe and easy access to many things. We really appreciated having the outdoor space as well!

Mario has a great bnb. Pretty much in the center of everything. Everything we needed was pretty much there. If I go back there next year I would definitely stay at his place.

Really comfortable and clean house, easily accommodating our party of six. Was only a one night stay as we were crashing after flying into Phoenix from the UK, so being only half an hour or so from the airport worked well for us. Slight issue with the door lock on arrival, but Jason was prompt to respond and the issue was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer next time!

Darolyn was very accommodating for us this trip. we enjoyed the dog friendly place. The location of was perfect for us.

We loved staying here for a wedding! Comfy beds and very clean. Cali was easy to get ahold of during an unexpected event and was very helpful. We did find that our Ubers dropped us off in the other parking lot at the complex so you may need to keep that in mind when following directions because it was backwards for us at first!!

Great place to stay. Lucy was very responsive and helpful. Beds were super comfy and the couch was comfy too.

Our stay at D’s place was perfect! Check in was easy, condo was very clean. D was super quick to respond to any questions. She also had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well. Would definitely stay again if we return to Scottsdale!

Perfect for our last night of a girls trip prior to flying out the next day! Wish we could have had a couple of more nights!

Marcia was a great and very responsive host. She has a beautiful and very clean place. The house was well equipped. The location is convenient, about 20 minutes from Scottsdale and Tempe. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My son and husband loved it there! They really felt at home! House was conveniently located to shops and restaurants and most of all close to the baseball facility the tournament was at!

Richard was very communicative and quick with responding to any messages. We had a lovely stay at his comfortable place and were so happy to have a backyard for the dogs. We would stay here again!

Daniel was great to deal with & from the 1st contacts with questions he was very helpful. He responded to any questions very quickly. The description & pictures really sell the place & it was as pictured. I felt like I have a vacation home, everything was set up very nicely. The location is great. A lot of things are within 10 minutes. I came with my adult kids and they loved it as well. I'm looking forward to returning next year.

We had a great stay! The condo is so comfortable, we knew just what to expect from the listing and everything was so clean and organized. And what a bonus - 12 min from the airport for an early morning flight!

Jeremy’s place was absolutely perfect for our Scottsdale stay! The home was brand new, modern and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and stylish getaway. One of the highlights was the private rooftop, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better - several fantastic restaurants were within walking distance and we were just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Old Town, making it super convenient while still feeling like a quiet retreat. Jeremy was an awesome host - proactive, responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Apologies for my late review; I finally got my routine back on track and didn't want to return home, as I had an awesome time in PHX. During this past weekend, I had the chance to stay in a lovely townhouse with my family. I organized my family trip and looked for a location that met our requirements. "Fantastic spot" to watch a baseball game. This townhouse included a small patio, and the extra feature of this location was the pool. The host, Chance, is an amazing person. The communication was professional, and he answered the questions we posed. Overall feedback from my family indicates they appreciated the layout of the place, as it was soothing and suitable for the children. I will rent this townhouse on Airbnb again when I have the opportunity to organize my next visit to PHX. I strongly endorse his establishment.
