The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The guest house is on our property, but somewhat separate and therefore private. The Petzinsee swimming spot is about 10 minutes by foot. In just a few minutes by car or by bus or bike you can reach Potsdam with the sights. Berlin is also within easy reach of Potsdam by train or S-Bahn.
