If you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, but also want to participate in city life, you will find it here. Nestled between Potsdam and Werder lies the beautiful large vacation home. In 5 minutes you will be at Petzinseestrand and by bike you can wonderfully travel the entire Havelsee area from here. The house has two large terraces, one of which is covered. In the garden, you can relax in the wicker beach chair and in the sauna (for a fee) you will find the necessary relaxation.

Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the Europaweg & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires for your well-being is in the holiday flat. Beds with linen, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped.

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you are interested, you can play table tennis, play badminton, or just relax in shade or sun.

-- The inn is closed in winter until March. -- Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The guest house is located on our property right next to the house. Lake Petzin is only a 5-minute walk away and the swimming area is about 10 minutes away. In just a few minutes by car or by bus or bicycle you can reach Potsdam with its sights. Berlin can also be reached quickly from Potsdam by train or S-Bahn.

Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.
