The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, one could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 persons). There's a sauna house out there, too.
