One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

This was truly the most beautiful home and location. We drove from Basel and it was easy to find. Great amenities. The home was absolutely spotless and well equipped. It was just stunning. With the views from full length windows to the stream and being able to walk out in to the forest. There were local goats which were a big hit with the kids. We had a teenage boy and 7 year old girl and both loved it. If you have kids, there is a theme park about 1 hour or so away and a beautiful swimming complex about 20 mins away. But honestly, just staying at the house and hiking was the best. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. The hosts met us to let us in and changed our check-in when our flight times were changed by the airline which helped so much. I can not fault it. Perfection.

We had a fantastic stay and a real wow effect when we entered the house on the 3 floors. Everything is new and modern, super chic and sparkling clean. With a group of 8 adults, we had everything we needed and could even spontaneously have a barbecue. Carolin responded very quickly to messages and was extremely accommodating. I can 100% recommend a stay here! :)

Wonderful Stay with Just a Few Suggestions We had a lovely 3-day stay at Vadim’s place in Triberg! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated and free parking was a huge plus. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Black Forest, making our trip more enjoyable. While our stay was great, a couple of small improvements could make it even better. The instructions for garbage disposal could have been clearer, and having a few extra essentials like garbage disposal bags and toilet paper would have been helpful. Also, the kids’ bed could have been a bit more comfortable. That said, these were minor things and didn’t take away from the overall experience. We truly appreciated the stay and would recommend this place to others. With a few small tweaks, it would be perfect. Thanks, Vadim!

Communication with Andrea was super fast and uncomplicated. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. A cot and a high chair were also provided free of charge. We felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything😊.

We had a fantastic stay in a fully equipped apartment. Everything is provided. The beds are great. It's also really a king size. We always select on that. I'm tall and wide, so that was nice. The wifi is very good. The area is beautiful. The view from the apartment is phenomenal and wide. We have seen wildlife from the apartment (deer and various birds of prey). We had a view of the mountains and the cattle of the father of the owner of the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We regularly had a chat with them. From the apartment, beautiful routes and places are within reasonable distance, as well as large well-stocked supermarkets and restaurants and terraces. For hikers, this is the end of the line. But when you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to be. Really a super apartment in a super location. Highly recommended, at an affordable rate.

Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. We were able to walk/hike from the apartment to the castle ruins. It was convenient to have parking space at the building. Enjoyed the two porches. Note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs and the second bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

Super clean accommodation and mega friendly host. Everything was great. We just didn't find the bed that comfortable, but that's different for everyone. Highly recommend 😊

You feel welcome and immediately at home. The apartment is equipped with many small things that make life easier, such as oil, spices, paper, drinks, etc., and is sparkling clean. Jessica and Daniel's apartment fully met our expectations. It is very clean and beautifully located in the vineyards. A beautiful environment for hiking or for excursions to Europapark and Rulantica. Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.
