Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not permitted Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a visitor's tax of €4.50 to be paid at check-in per person per day. Registration form must be completed.

We warmly welcome you to our stylishly furnished apartment! The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the main train station in Baden-Baden in a new building from 2021. From here you can reach the beautiful city center of Baden-Baden within 10 minutes by car or public transport. It has free parking and barrier-free access. The place is good for couples, business travelers, small groups/families.
