Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Schonach im Schwarzwald

Not without reason, this place is recommended with 5 stars. We had a super nice host with Daniel who explained and showed us everything. The information about the house and leisure activities were super useful. It's great to always have a point of contact on the side. The accommodation was super clean, well equipped, mega cozy and above all fair in price. We enjoyed being able to be among us very much. In summer definitely a secret tip for a vacation. The highlight was of course the fireplace. :D Thank you!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home with our family of six, including a 4-year-old, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This property is tucked away in the scenic Alsatian countryside. It is spacious, welcoming, and full of character, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The living area was one of the highlights for us—it’s filled with natural light thanks to the large windows that overlook the lush garden. We enjoyed spending time there. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups, with five bedrooms and additional spaces that provided everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. The garden felt like a private retreat, offering a peaceful space to unwind and let the kids play freely. It was so refreshing to have access to such a quiet outdoor space, away from any disturbances.

Beautiful house with a grande view of Sankt Blasien and the dome. We were there with 9 people, had more than the space we needed in a cosy house with places to join as a group as wel as places to be by oneself. Very well equipped. Good beds. We had a great time. We all would love to come back.

The stay was above expectations nice and clean. Upon arrival (during Easter weekend) we were already pleasantly surprised with chocolate sharks and a large Easter bunny for the children. Wonderful that the beds were already made upon arrival. There was a lot of entertainment/toys for the kids. We enjoyed the fireplace, sauna and nice garden very much. Lisa is very pleasant and fast in communication.

Already before our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot. We had a wonderful weekend with 2 children at Stéphane's place. The apartment and location are great.

Benjamin responded super quickly, and had great ideas for cycling. The apartment is quietly located, super cozy and well equipped. Hiking, cycling or excursions in the Black Forest were very easy to plan and carry out from here. We felt very comfortable!

We had the most wonderful stay at Michel’s apartment. It’s in a quiet area of the city surrounded by lovely buildings, shops and amenities. Walkable to all of the city’s sights and public transport. Michel made us feel at home at every part of our stay, recommended places to eat for dinner, brought us breakfast and was responsive to any questions or queries we had; made our time in the city even better than we expected. The accommodation is very convenient and very clean, there is absolutely nothing missing. Very close to EuropaPark and Rulantica. Right next to a bakery that sells very good pastries and sandwiches. Daniela is very nice and always ready to make our stay even more enjoyable, thanks for everything

Frank has certainly earned his super host designation! He answered questions before our stay, was very responsive and even offered us a late check out which made our departure much more relaxed. The house is wonderful, in a very peaceful setting next to the forest, but also close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities at the house, including a charming pool, ping-pong table, outdoor space for dining and lounging, and ability to cook and grill. Beds were comfortable and lighting great for reading. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a happy stay in the Schwarzwald!

We had a wonderful week in Jan and Tine's house. The location is fantastic with views towards the village and forests. There was snow and the sun was shining. Fairytale beautiful! It's within walking distance of shops, the train station and downtown. The house is more spacious in real life than in the photos. The house has all the comforts. We were 6 adults and had enough space not to sit on each other's lip. Questions were answered quickly and kindly by Jan and Tine.

The accommodation is an absolute feel-good place! The complete process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend again.

Fritz welcomed us in an uncomplicated, flexible and totally friendly manner. The property is very well located - easily accessible by car and train but quiet despite the proximity to the train tracks (the neighboring milk processing operation was also by no means disturbing, at least during our stay). Shopping and downtown are within easy walking distance. A wonderfully equipped and clean apartment, a very nice terrace and welcome greetings in the fridge, we felt right there. We'll be happy to come back! Thanks again to our likeable host!

Clean, comfortable and everything as described. Every guest had space , the kitchen was well equipped and kids enjoyed playing in the garden and with the toys. The host was responsive and kept checking whether we were fine and everything was in order.
