Die Gastgeberin wohnt im UG mit eigenem Duschbad, lediglich die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.

Don't worry though, during the Pandemic Lockdown, we have completely renovated the Guesthouse down to even the plumbing and heating, ITS ALL NEW! Its all updated and its ready to go. ***We are not a Party House, Please no JGA/Bachelor Parties***. A few cozy beers with friends and family is more the vibe of our street and style. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
