The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

This brand new, high-quality furnished vacation apartment on Lake Tegernsee is the perfect base for your dream vacation on the most beautiful lake in Bavaria. In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

The real lake house is directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore strip. I cannot accept reservations or requests with children under 12 years of age. The 55 sqm 2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are my private area.
