Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Looking for relaxation? My well-equipped apartment (about 75 m²) is located directly in the first row on Lake Tegernsee and has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A vacation in the healing climate at Lake Tegernsee is a fantastic experience in any season! There are very nice hiking trails, excellent star gastronomy, easy bike tours around the lake and the Achensee ski resort is also not far away (40 km).

This brand new, high-quality holiday apartment on Lake Tegernsee is the perfect starting point for your dream holiday on the most beautiful lake in Bavaria. Enjoy breakfast in the morning or a nice glass of sunset wine on the balcony overlooking the lake in the evening. In the immediate vicinity you can go jogging, go boating on Lake Tegernsee and take extensive walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

Schliersee Seehäusl, apartment directly on the lake

The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore stripes. I can't accept reservations or requests with children under the age of 12. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining on the ground floor are my private area.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
