Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Thanks to its unique location, you are 2 minutes from the lake, directly in the hiking area, or a few minutes by car from skiing. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), “children's room” with 3 bunk beds and separate single bed (all 90 x 200 cm), as well as a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

Schliersee Spitzingsee Wendelstein region/ apartment

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

This high-quality furnished apartment on Lake Tegernsee is the perfect base for your dream vacation on the most beautiful lake in Bavaria. Enjoy the morning breakfast or a nice glass of wine in the evening or on the balcony. Within walking distance you are at the lake, where you will find many restaurants and cafes. In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or go hiking.

The apartment “Inselblick“ with mountain and lake views for 2 – 4 people is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The apartment is divided into a living room and bedroom, bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. A small storage room in which the washing machine is located. A spacious kitchen with counter and 2 bar stools as well as a small, furnished balcony. plus tourist tax adult €2 per day 6-17 years €1 per day / 0-5 years free

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Gmaiserhof - detached vacation home/farmhouse

A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Schliersee Seehäusl, apartment directly on the lake

The real lake house is directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore strip. I cannot accept reservations or requests with children under 12 years of age. The 55 sqm 2 room apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also available. The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are my private area.

Large apartment in a condominium close to the lake

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. In addition, a parking space is offered directly at the property.

Der See, Bahnhof und Supermarkt/Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar in 5-10 min - Optimal für Pärchen oder kleine Familien - auch ohne Auto.
