The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.

Lean back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation with a fireplace. It is also excellent for families. With a very large garden and sauna house. The lake is only 3 minutes away on foot. The Tegernsee Höhenweg leads directly from the house. In total, we have 5 bedrooms. One of them with a bed and a bunk bed. The second only with a bunk bed. The other 3 rooms simply have a double bed.

With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.

Casa Paradiso - max. privacy + Oktoberfest-bus!

If you choose "max. privacy", there won't be other people in the house. My bedroom and office will be locked, all the remaining house will be yours: 2 double bedrooms with each second bed (one with optional third bed instead of desk) + cellar room with double bed, 2 single beds + 1 futon bed (10 pers. max., more comfort with 8 pers.)
