The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Das Gebäude ist ein ehemaliges Papierlager einer Druckerei und sehr schön anzusehen. Es gibt viel Licht und trotz Innenstadtlage ist es drinnen schön ruhig. Von der zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus bist du schnell an allen wichtigen Orten der Stadt. Die RedBull Arena und die Quarterback Arena erreichst du mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten, jeden See in 20 Minuten. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und hat einen kleinen Garten. Ein Wintergarten zum Sonnen und ausruhen gehört ebenso dazu.

Stadtrandtraum, Flughafen, Messe, A14 Leipzig City

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Die Lage ist zentral im Stadtteil Lindenau und gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Straßenseitig betreiben wir bei uns einen kleinen Weinladen. Dort sind Sie ebenso herzlich willkommen wie in unserer Gästewohnung. Gern geben wir Ihnen bei einem Glas Wein Ratschläge und Tipps zu unserer Stadt. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Wir vermieten eine kleine Wohnung in unserem Strohballenhaus in Markkleeberg. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, unweit vom Markkleeberger See. Euch erwartet eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, mit eigener Küche und kleinem Badezimmer. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zwischen Hühnern und Enten kann man herrlich entspannen. Für Kinder und Familien ebenfalls sehr geeignet. Vielfältigte Ausflugsziele ins Grüne möglich. 15 Minuten Fahrtweg bis in Leipziger Zentrum (Auto).

Ich biete hier das neu renovierte Apartment unseres Sohnes an. Er nutzt es aus beruflichen Gründen nur noch selten. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage von Markranstädt. Man erreicht mit der Regionalbahn das Zentrum von Leipzig in 16 Minuten. Zur Erholung ist man in wenigen Minuten per Rad am See. Einen Abstellraum für eure Räder könnt ihr gerne nutzen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich. Ich begrüße euch auch gern persönlich, wenn ich in der Stadt bin.
