The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The city of Leipzig can be reached by tram (stop in about 2 min. Walk) in about 30 minutes. The apartment is located on the Elster bike path between Leipzig and Halle. It is about 6 km to the highway. Shops and a restaurant are about a 300-metre walk away. The bakery is also open on Sundays.

The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.
