Within walking distance is the Elster- und Pleiße-Auewald Nature Reserve, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Johannapark. Shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a side street of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße.
