There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. By bus (no. 74 also stops in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) or train (no. 7 from Wielandstr. 4 min walk) you are in the city in 15-20 min.

There’s a parking place infront of the house, there’s school and children’s playground at the back of my house. It’s in the middle. It’s like 5 minutes drive to the train station and also 5 minutes walk to supermarket. There’s a bus station infront of the house.
