Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Tiny house between the forest and the sea

You are on vacation in a tiny house right by the field, in a very quiet location! The forest is right across the street, inviting you to enjoy relaxing walks! The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike. In the garden there is (with distance!!!! Time out in the construction trailer in the wildly beautiful natural garden Our cozy construction trailer Trudi invites you to unwind and offers time for retreat, relaxation and enjoying nature. The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. As the day draws to a close, deer or hedgehogs may walk by and wish you a good night. Trudi is suitable for home office up to 40 Mbit/sec. Feel free to watch the videos on YouTube on "DD Werkstatt."

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our functional tiny house is located on the edge of a small courtyard, surrounded by horses and chickens. The large sun terrace, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior features include a sofa, dining table, 2 chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 m wide) and a small shower room. Attached outside is a small toilet house with a Finnish composting toilet. Attention: We have a (lovely) dog that may be in the garden

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

This small cottage is wonderfully quietly located and therefore forms an ideal retreat. In addition to the excursion possibilities in Holstein Switzerland, the location on the water also offers an excellent starting point for boat tours. In the immediate vicinity is the Landgasthof Kasch and a dock for the "5-lake tour." A supermarket with Sunday opening is about 3 km away and there are various other shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, within a shorter driving distance.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
