Our completely renovated oak house for up to 7 people can be rented immediately. The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

The charming little Kate offers space for 2 people on 36 square meters of living space. Lovingly designed historical building on former half-timbered farm. Ground floor: living room, open kitchen and shower room. Pointed floor: Bedroom for two persons and gallery with another sleeping place. Wood-burning stove for coziness and romance. Terrace and seating area in garden. Close to Neustadt i.H. and Grömitz. Only 3 km to beach. Leisure activities in Lübeck Bay and Holstein Switzerland.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Living on the Baltic Sea

The charming apartment is a great place for people who want to turn their backs on stressful everyday life. It is about 1 km to the beach. Bicycle/car is advantageous. The lovingly renovated apartment (barrier-free and handicapped accessible) is about 45 m²: bright, large living/dining room with sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and TV and 1 bathroom. There is a terrace and the communal garden with the owner and the lovely house dog Feline.

Vacation home - Grömitz

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. The house can accommodate a total of 6 people. Our covered grill terrace can also be used. Would you like to bring a pet? Then we ask you to consult with us in advance. Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
