Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Großzügiges, helles und ruhiges 2-Zimmer Appartement (48qm) mit allem Komfort für ein paar entspannte Tage an der See. Zum Strand durch den privaten Park sind es nur fünf Gehminuten.
