The hot tub heats up for a separate fee. There is a campfire place on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this place, so please note when booking.

Close to a frisbee golf course. Here you will experience magnificent sunsets and you may spot the Saimaa ringed seal. Log cabin on the shore of a quiet lake

This traditional log cabin offers a peaceful hideaway right on the lake shore. Hand-carved from thick logs, the cottage exudes peace. The cottage has a high living room, a reserved fireplace, a kitchen, a spacious wood-burning sauna with benches and a shower, a dressing room, a toilet, a sleeping loft and a bedroom, a covered porch and a separate sauna for post-sauna cooling. In summer, the special feature of the place is the ringing of the cowbell in the adjacent, fenced forest pasture when a small herd arrives at the beach to drink.

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Although our small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential property, here you will find peace, nature, privacy and beautiful scenery. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

True Finnish cottage experience by Lake Saimaa

Experience the traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

A log cabin with the amenities of a detached house on the shore of Lake Saimaa in Enonkoski. On your own, a wood-burning sauna and a large terrace-like dock. The house is located next to Joutenvesi Nature Reserve - between Kolovesi and Linnansaari National Parks. The unique small islands, coves, and rugged rocky beaches of the water can be explored by a rowboat or kayak included in the rental price. Saimaannorppas are also comfortable in these clean waters of natural tranquility.

Peaceful Finnish cottage in the heartland of Saimaa, only 11 kms away from the town centre of Savonlinna. You can enjoy total serenity and swim on a private beach. The compact house has a fold-out sofa downstairs and two beds upstairs. A spacious sauna is a joy to relax in and has washing amenities. A large terrace has a barbecue grill and a dining table, where you can enjoy stunning views of the lake while enjoying your food. The outhouse is situated next to the main building.

All comforts at Villa Rananiemi with beach sauna

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
