Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Penthouse in the city center

Experience a wonderful experience in the heart of Savonlinna in a new apartment building penthouse. There are numerous restaurants nearby, as well as the magnificent Olavinlinna. The apartment has a wide double bed, sofa, sauna and air heat pump. You have access to the entire apartment with kitchens and bathrooms. Other things to note: The apartment has free internet access, bed linen and towels. The apartment is located on the top floor with a stunning lake view and the house has an elevator. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm wide double bed. One has a 2 x 80 cm bed, and one has a 120 cm bed. There is a high chair, potty, travel cot with bedding, toys and children's books in the apartment. Parking in the yard. Flat with three bedrooms for 5 people in the centre. 6 min walk to the Market Place and Harbour. 12 min walk to Olavinlinna Castle.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Enjoy the cottage atmosphere in a modern apartment building - the lake is so close that the balcony has the sound of waves. This renovated and bright home is located on an island on the shores of the clear-water Lake Saimaa, about 2 km from the town centre. It's easy to get here by car, bus or on foot – you can also get from the beach to the market in half an hour on a SUP board. The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Nearby are Savonlinna's main landmarks; Olavinlinna Castle and Provincial Museum are about 400 m, the market is about 500 m. Right in the yard of the house is Little Two Playground and the beach. Savonlinnasali is about 1 km from the property. Keys easily retrieve sop.muk.
