In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow them from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

A cozy and spacious two-room apartment near the center of Joensuu, in the immediate vicinity of key services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city centre are all just a few hundred metres' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic supplies for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, etc. You also have a washing machine, hair dryer, fan and 55-inch TV.

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and a sauna is located near the campuses of the Central Hospital and the University of the University. Parking space. Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. Guests have access to a spacious room with its own entrance. There is also a private toilet and shower room, as well as a washing machine. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and water kettle. Cutlery and dishes. Pets are welcome, a fee of 10€ will be charged.
