In 2020, this magnificent villa will be hand-carved from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian reels. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by a 6-person outdoor hot tub, a large hot tub and a stove. No pets, no smoking. Bed linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a loft, a bathroom, a toilet, and a sauna with both a wood-burning and electric sauna stove. A separate beach sauna and a 2 bedroom cabin are available. The quiet location and good outdoor facilities, as well as rowing, provide a great setting for a perfect holiday. I am welcoming residents and guiding them in relation to their vacation.

Tervetuloa kalastusretkelle Niemelään. Kalastajat saaneet isoja kuhia ja haukia. Huvila on hyvin varusteltu nykyaikaiseen lomanviettoon. Pohjapiirros kuvista voit katsoa tarkemmin huonetilat. Rannassa on erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna, pukuhuone ja takkatupa jossa kesällä voi kaksi nukkua.

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

The lakeside sauna is 150 metres away and it is right on the beach. From the terrace of the sauna, stairs go directly to the clean Puruvesi.
