This magnificent villa was hand-carved in 2020 from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian logs. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by an outdoor hot tub for 6 people, a large tub, and a campfire pit. No pets, no smoking. Linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

A separate beach sauna and a 2 bedroom cabin are available. The quiet location and good outdoor facilities, as well as rowing, provide a great setting for a perfect holiday. I am welcoming residents and guiding them in relation to their vacation.

Kaunis puhdasvetinen järvi, iso vihreä piha, tilava grillikota, pieni rantasauna ja oma hiekkaranta tarjoavat monia mahdollisuuksia yhdessäoloon. Talvisin valaistut hiihtoladut sekä kesäisin juoksu- ja frisbeegolf rata tarjoavat liikuntamahdollisuuksia. Lähellä myös Koloveden ja Linnasaaren kansallispuistot.

Villa Niemelä sijaitsee Parikkalan Melkoniemessä Simpelejärven rannalla. Viilennys ilmalämpöpumpulla. Ulkoporeamme koko perheen helmi Tarjoamme 7 kalastusvenettä Lowrancella ja Minkotalla 70 / pv. Tervetuloa kalastusretkelle Niemelään. Kalastajat saaneet isoja kuhia ja haukia. Huvila on hyvin varusteltu nykyaikaiseen lomanviettoon. Pohjapiirros kuvista voit katsoa tarkemmin huonetilat. Rannassa on erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna, pukuhuone ja takkatupa jossa kesällä voi kaksi nukkua.

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

The idyllic villa is located on the beautiful shore of Puruvesi in Karelia, in the middle of beautiful nature. The house has a space of over 100 m2, beds for six, a shower & toilet and an atmospheric kitchen. Large, manor-like outdoor spaces with plenty of room for summer activities. The beach sauna is 150 meters away and is right on the beach. From the sauna terrace, the stairs go straight to the clean Puruvesi.
