Summer’s house has everything you need to have a great time in Hilton Head. The beach toys and golf cart are a huge bonus to the house with an awesome view of the golf course every morning.

Absolutely loved our stay here!!!! The condo is beautiful, has everything ypu need, very clean, and the view from the balcony was outstanding and so peaceful to look out at everyday. Amenities were wonderful and the property is completely safe and walkable. Host was so kind and responsive. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great time!!! :)

Came here for a babymoon. We stayed for a week, and I don’t know if it was the hormones or not, but I actually cried when we had to leave lol. We greatly enjoyed our time here. It was peaceful, and the quiet retreat we were looking for. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our visit during Labor Day weekend, the resort was great and offer great pool activities for the holiday weekend that includes DJ at the pool with game and activities in the evening they played a movie at the pool and the atmosphere was great, the beach access was amazing and the beach was fun, there’s also nice restaurants on site and around the plantation, the security service was good and the plantation was very clean, we had a great visit😊😊

We had a great stay in HHI! Our host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations for food! She also allowed us to use her bikes to get around on the island and her own private pickleball package! We love pickleball. She also gave us a bottle of wine and nice little candies and skin products which was a great touch. She had everything in the home already that we needed and even had trash bags delivered by Amazon before we even told her we were running low. The place was beautiful, in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do during our visit! We would definitely stay here again! ♥️

Path next to complex is direct shot to Loggerhead Beach. 10 minute bike ride to Coligny Beach. Being on Cordillo makes it easy in and out by avoiding Coligny circle. Would recommend to friends and look forward to doing so in future.

Great place. Really loved the interior, cleanliness and location. For the price it was well worth it. I was a bit worried about the noise complaints in the reviews but street noise was mainly heard in the bedroom closest to the street. There was another second bedroom which was very quiet. If you have a bigger group of 2+ people then you might choose to have the heavy sleepers in the bedroom facing the street. Really enjoyed the stay. Just pay attention to the sweeping zone days and hours. You don’t want a ticket !

My family really enjoyed ourselves! Holly was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The place was exactly as pictured/described, and we were highly impressed with all the amenities offered! From beach chairs and umbrellas to coffee and tea, you name it and it was provided! Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

One of the cleanest AirBnB’s that provides you with just about everything you need! Although, there is a lot of beautiful decor, making this home very cozy, that does not get cleaned. However, we still loved the spacious living/dining areas. The only thing we didn’t like about the bedrooms upstairs, was the bathroom being tucked away in one of the rooms, instead of in a communal space. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped for cooking large meals. The sun room was a really enjoyable extra space and the back porch was great after a long day at the beach to set our things. The only issue we had was a broken AC upstairs on the 1st night, but it was resolved by noon the next day. I appreciated how there were no rules to how low we could turn the AC down, as there are in so many rentals. Of course, the views, the surrounding serenity, and the shortest walk to the beach, was amazing. The bikes were just another fun plus to this AirBnB. Would not hesitate to book this villa again! Thanks!

Great location for beach and pool access (walkable) within Palmetto Dunes. Excellent set-up for two families - the upstairs has 2 bedrooms connected by a sitting room and a full bath. On the main floor there is a huge master suite as well as another bedroom + full bath. Nice sunroom and porch with a view of the lagoon. Property was clean but has some dating/wear and tear, which isn’t unexpected for a rental. Beach chairs and towels were a plus. I would stay here again.

Exactly as described. The location was close to the beach and close to the businesses and restaurants. Walkable for all ages.

Just exceptional. The pictures are deceiving -- the space is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos reflect. And the direct ocean view from the living space and main bedroom is gorgeous. Bonus, one of the bedrooms has its own climate control, so if you have picky travelers, you can have different temperatures. The place is stocked with the basics, so meals were effortless. And having Coligny across the street is beyond convenient. Walkable access to food, shopping, and live music? Yes, please. BOOK THIS PLACE.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and walk to the beach are as described. The shuttle does not run during or after a rain, which caused a little issue with getting my elderly mother there, but other than that, it was handy. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and starter supplies. It even has a collection of toys for younger children. The balcony overlooks an outdoor pool which was nice (but unclear from the pictures). We had no communication issues and would consider booking again.

The Salty Mermaid was the perfect stay! Very clean and spacious. It was great for our group of five. Great location. Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions about the area. This has been my favorite experience staying on HHI so far! Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. This is the second place that I have stayed at seaside villas and I prefer this one over my previous stay. We came with our two kids ages 3 and 5 and it was perfect for us. It was nice to be so close to the beach and as a bonus, the place is updated from top to bottom. The villa is cozy but there are a lot of thoughtful additions that help maximize the space. For example, the dining area table has storage in the stools, which served as our “pantry” for the week for shelf stable groceries and supplies. The bedroom has some drawers to unpack your suitcase so you aren’t tripping over it all week. The bathroom was clean and there was a huge empty shelf that was so great for keeping toiletries and all my things for getting ready. The villa was close enough to walk to the communal laundry room but far enough that you couldn’t hear it. The laundry area was clean also. Ryan was very helpful getting checked in and hope we are able to stay another time

Perfect for a couple looking to be on the beach most of the time. No lugging a whole days worth of stuff just grab what you need for that time and walk. The unit had everything we wanted/needed, perfect for two and maybe a small child, balcony provided a great view of evening thunderstorms. Location was great we walked almost everywhere beach, dinner, shops.

Pros Beautiful view. Great location unit was nice could use a little updating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there. Cons. Bath towels poor quality. Pls Invest in new towels for your guests. You’re charging enough for rental there should be nice towels. Living room couch not at all comfortable Tv extremely difficult to operate

WOW! We’ve been staying at Shorewood for years and this unit was beautiful and pristine!! Probably one of the cleanest/tidiest places we’ve ever stayed and so comfortable! The location is one that you cannot beat and not that you would want to leave, but there is so much to do that’s walkable at Coligny! Our kids LOVE the pool as well! We had the pleasure of running into Robin and Peter on the beach and they were so kind and an absolute pleasure! Loved having them as our hosts and cannot wait to come back!

The stay was perfect! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, bright and sunny! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the views. If I come back to HHI I will definitely stay here again!
