Le Mûrier et les 3 autres gîtes (Thym, Romarin, Laurier) bénéficient d’une entrée séparée, de la climatisation réversible, d’une vaste loggia avec vue magnifique et de tout le confort moderne. En commun, piscine (14x7) ouverte de mai à septembre, ping pong, baby foot dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Les propriétaires, présents occasionnellement, occupent une partie privative de la bâtisse avec un accès totalement indépendant.

L'appartement offre une pièce principale confortablement aménagée, avec une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, un WC et une chambre à coucher spacieuse et lumineuse.
