House holiday rentals in Sauve

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Beautiful spot on the edge of a hiking area. Secluded and private, with beautiful views. Swimming pool is beautifully located and the special house with the deep basement has atmosphere. Hosts are careful in their place and have made something beautiful out of it. Enjoy.

We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything is within easy reach.

What a beautiful garden! And the pool was very much appreciated, in these beautiful days. The whole is atypical: the bedrooms (2 out of 3 are equipped with bathroom and toilet), the living room, the kitchen-dining room are in three different places (but very close to each other). It is therefore not a house, strictly speaking, but a set of places, all extremely pleasant. If you had to find a fault: one of the three bedrooms, intended for children, does not have a bathroom. It may bother some, but not us. Another nice point: a petanque court, and many small details that show that the hosts pay great attention to visitors.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Our stay in Suomen was simply wonderful a true hidden gem in the South of France! The accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. You can really feel the care and love the host has put into every detail. What made it extra special was the peaceful setting surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding, yet still within easy reach of nearby sights and villages. We had breakfast outside every morning, with a view of rolling hills and the sound of birds all around pure magic. Our host was warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything, while also giving us space to relax and enjoy. We felt truly welcomed and at home from the very first moment. The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

My parents stayed in Stéphane's place and had this to say: "He was such a kind, helpful and mannerly host. The accommodation was excellent, really comfortable and clean. He left us teas, coffees etc. He checked that we were happy with everything a couple of times without interfering. He was most accommodating. He has a swimming pool which is lovely and clean. The gardens are amazing with small rock and pebbled pathways, trees and grassy areas. There were a number of villages within driving distance which had anything you might need to buy and lovely areas to explore. We have stayed in many Gites and AirBnBs over the years and we both agree that this is the best one we have ever stayed in."

A fantastic accommodation for a few days near the Cevennes National Park. Yannick welcomed us nicely and we felt at home from the beginning. The terrace and pool are great for warm summer days. We will be happy to come back!

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

A perfect stay on every way! The accommodation was perfect: impeccably clean, super functional, with all the comforts you need. Special mention for the hot tub, a real plus to relax. You feel at home there, or even better! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

After torrential rain on arrival, Silvia greeted us warmly and with a lit fireplace! The house is superbly equipped and nickel-chromium clean, beautiful terrace, river for sunbathing and cooling off right by the garden. Silvia and Joseph are wonderful hosts! Very attentive, very helpful, communicative and discreet at the same time. Outstanding accommodation for staying and exploring the southern Cevennes!

Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the place... but especially the breathtaking view😍! Every morning, waking up to this magnificent panorama was pure joy🌄. The calm, the nature, the pure air... you feel completely refreshed. The cottage is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, and you can feel that everything has been thought of for the well-being of travellers🙏. A corner of heaven! I was looking for the charm of old stones, nature, the tree-lined garden and the functionality of a modern home, I was captivated, it was perfect! We stayed with our 2 children aged 6 and 8, the dream for them. I was afraid that the pool would be too small but not at all, it is larger than in the photos, they had fun there for 5 days without getting tired. I often rent on Airbnb and rarely find gems like this place.

Second stay at Marjorie's beautiful home and we are still just as satisfied. You can really go there without so much as a second thought. Thanks again.

We were extremely well hosted by Christophe, who was waiting for us in front of the house and spent time with us to give us the right tips for the area. The house is amazing; it is large, quiet and cool with lots of character and a nice terrace. The surrounding nature is beautiful. There are many swimming spots and beautiful walks to take on foot.

Very good stay in this well located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture… Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. A few small points of cleanliness could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for holidays with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!
