Die Wohnung liegt in sehr sonniger & ruhiger Lage in Birkach, ca. 3 km vom Ortszentrum Pfunds entfernt und bietet einen großartigen Blick ins obere Inntal. Die Gastronomie u. Geschäfte sind mit dem PKW in ca. 5, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die großen Fenster erhellen die Räumlichkeiten und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die naheliegenden Sommer- & Wintersportregionen Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis sind in wenigen Fahrminuten mit Auto/ Skibus zu erreichen!

Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

The large apartment at the beginning of the Ötztales can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. Easy access by train, bus, and car to skiing at over 20 resorts. Ötztal Bahnhof is a major train stop with connections to all of Europe, just a 5 minute walk away. Hiking from the front door, mountain biking and road biking from the front door, rafting adventures on the Inn River and the Ötztaler Ache. Walking distance to area 47.
