The house was comfortable and very cozy. Nothing is missing. The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Sophie was very smooth and efficient. A very rewarding experience.

Our stay at Benesse Maremne went perfectly. The accommodation is close to a forest which makes the setting very peaceful and relaxing. There are many walks available, especially if you have a dog. The beaches are easy to access. It was great!! I recommend+++without hesitation.

We had a great time at Jean Robert's place. The apartment was well arranged, convenient, clean. We enjoyed our interaction. We already knew the Basque country, we'll be back with pleasure.

Great place! Peace and quiet amidst the greenery. The swimming pool and deckchairs for those who want them. Very wooded. For those who love birds, many discreet species. Very responsive hosts, very good communication and very kind. A really adorable dog will delight young and old if you feel like it! Small well renovated, practical vacation-style house. Close to beaches and the Basque Country. So we really enjoyed it!

Alexandre and his wife are very friendly. The accommodation was very good and matched the photos and there was everything you needed. As it was extremely hot, he had turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, we appreciated it! Very good bedding and quiet area. If we return to the Landes, we will contact him again without hesitation.

Very cozy accommodation, as shown in the pictures and description, with just enough to spend a few days. The terrace is great, it's where we've spent the most time. Right by the beach, in a very quiet area. Close to the canal where you can take a quiet walk with beautiful views, and 20 minutes from the shopping area and supermarket. In addition, we have communicated with Martine, a very nice and very attentive woman, attentive to any questions we may have. He has provided us with exquisite attention. Highly recommended, we had a great time.

The apartment is good, however, the neighbours interfere with the car location by saying we are not allowed or we were along a wall. We had to change the location to avoid conflicts

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

Excellent stay in this beautiful place, quiet, with all the comforts, a magnificent terrace overlooking a lush garden. No key boxes but a very warm welcome directly with the owners, with advice, suggestions for outings in the area. Everything was great. Nothing to say about the listing , as described. The location is ideal, close to the centre and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 metres) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

The accommodation is perfect for a couple or a single person, it has a parking space near the entrance of the building. The residence is away from the city centre but very quiet and has a bus stop line 7 that leads directly to the city centre (train station district, Pont Saint-Esprit).

Very warm welcome, nice small accommodation, small outdoor terrace, quiet and pleasant. Our too short stay gave us complete satisfaction . We recommend this beautiful place close to beaches and shops.

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is exactly as described. The instructions were clear and Sylvie is available by message for any questions. The box is great for storing bikes and stroller and the parking space is nice. Thanks to the neighbors for moving their car a little to park a little easier because the space is narrow but with a few maneuvers it is doable 🙂 Only one small point to improve in our opinion: air conditioning would be appreciated when the coolness does not arrive at night or at least a second fan to put one in each room. We recommend this listing 🙂

We had a great stay, the terrace is really beautiful with its view of the harbour. The place is quiet and close to many restaurants as well as the city centre of Hossegor. Hosts are very responsive.
