New 60 m2 chalet in a residential park with heated swimming pool, relaxation area and multi-sport field. 15 km from the famous beaches of Hossegor, Capbreton and Labenne, in the middle of the Landes countryside, close to bike paths and shops (local producers and supermarkets). Quiet, south-facing terrace with no overlooking neighbours in front, and a grassy area. The relaxation area is open on weekends and public holidays. The pool is temporarily unavailable.
