Le petit résinier, a chalet with a lovely terrace surrounded by a small garden, is ideal for a family of 4/5 people. With every comfort, it is located in a secure residential park: heated swimming pool from June to September, sauna and hammam from the Easter holidays to All Saints' Day (except when the caretaker is on leave). Sports complex, swing and boules court available all year round. One bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed; another with 2 x 80 x 190 cm bunk beds, 1 of which can be converted into a 140 cm bed thanks to a pull-out bed for children/teenagers.

The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen.
