A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

A very cozy and well-equipped small house in a perfect location. We had a relaxed extended weekend and would love to come back again!

Our hostess was very concerned about our well-being. We got good tips to explore the island of Rügen. The place is definitely recommended.

The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even many toys for the children. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

The holiday with Uwe was as relaxing as we planned it. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we would receive a friendly welcome. The listing is as described. Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

The house is really very nice and the location really pleasant. The beds are comfortable. However, the mattresses were very clammy, so we had to heat everything first, because otherwise you were lying on a slightly damp mattress. But then it worked. We really liked it, but we were also on the road a lot, otherwise we would probably have missed a real living room where you can sit comfortably and watch TV. There is a TV, but it is positioned in such a way that you cannot really watch it. It's nice that there are more than enough dishes, often holiday homes lack these things. Pots, dishes and cutlery and also reasonable knives are indeed colourfully mixed together, but abundantly available and you do not have to wash up constantly.

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We were completely satisfied & would come back anytime. We were at Frank's place with our baby & my parents. The communication in advance (cot, high chair, parking spaces) went smoothly. Shortly before arrival, we will contact Frank by phone. He welcomed us and showed us the essentials. There were flyers for activities in the area in the accommodation. From here, everything was great to reach by car. Particularly positive was the large clean kitchen equipped with all things, which left nothing to be desired. Frank was always available & helped if there were any questions. The highlight was the 26 (if I counted correctly) bunnies that we fed every day. On two days, we came "home" from our excursions and Frank had put 3 cucumbers for us. Another day, we found two salads. Frank is very friendly, not intrusive and always helpful. We can only recommend the accommodation :) thank you

A holiday apartment with a wow effect! This holiday apartment is an absolute insider tip – the view of the Baltic Sea is simply breathtaking and is guaranteed to remain unforgettable! As soon as you enter the apartment, you feel completely comfortable: everything is very clean, wonderfully spacious and well-equipped with great attention to detail. The well-kept garden is particularly beautiful, inviting you to linger and relax in good weather – a real little paradise. The contact with Margitta was very warm. You can immediately see how important the well-being of her guests is to her. She takes care of you with great attention and cordiality - a real plus!

Very nice and peaceful place for visiting Rügen. You walk straight into Jasmund national park. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Apartment within walking distance of the coast, from the terrace overlooking the sea, around the corner a bus stop, can accommodate 4 persons with 2 bedrooms. Easy deduction: Surcharge for sheets for single bed use of both bedrooms requires two people, apartment a little ringing on the inside. Overall: great, spacious, well maintained apartment with very well equipped kitchen, large & cozy terrace; highly recommended, gladly again!

Very nice apartment right on the beach and very nice sea view. Very well maintained ambiance and large terrace. Connection to the beach is also very quickly accessible and beautiful location from the house.

We had a great time here - very large and clean apartment with everything you need. You are quickly at the harbor (by bike) and Sassnitz is the perfect starting point for excursions on Rügen. Thank you Andreas!

A very nice, well-equipped and furnished apartment with friendly hosts in a quiet central location. We can only recommend the accommodation with the best scores.

The place is very nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable. In a few minutes you are at the beach and in the old town. The nearest shopping facility is also a 2-minute walk away. Even with two small children, we were able to have a great holiday.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city centre is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation!

Thank you Lisa for the use of this beautiful apartment. The reception and the key handover was flawless and very friendly, as if you were coming back from a long journey. My girlfriend Manuela and I immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located on the beautiful island of Rügen and allows you to start tours in all directions without detours. We have seen a lot, but certainly not everything, which does not exclude another holiday. Thank you for the sunny holiday memories, which started with the warm welcome. Wilma
